Proxy checker
Paste one proxy and see what websites see: a home connection or a data centre, where the exit really is, whose gateway it leads to, blocklists and leaks. Each check runs once, and nothing from it is stored.
The checker goes live shortly. What it checks and the data it uses are below.
What the checker looks at
- Home or data centre: the exit’s network, from our own list and two public data-centre lists. A network we can’t place is shown as unknown, never as a home connection.
- Location: where Cloudflare places the exit address, compared with the country your login asks for.
- Infrastructure: whether the proxy’s host is, or leads to, a gateway a provider documents, from our infrastructure map.
- Blocklists: Spamhaus DROP and ASN-DROP.
- Proxy headers: headers such as Via or X-Forwarded-For that give a proxy away. HTTP proxies only: a SOCKS5 tunnel passes traffic untouched.
- Agent-ready (browser checks): whether the browser’s time zone and language fit the exit, and whether WebRTC reveals another address.
Nothing from a check is stored: not the proxy, not the login, not the addresses.
